Returns and right of withdrawal (D.Lgs. 21/2014)
The right of withdrawal may be exercised within 14 days of receipt. Products may be returned if intact, sealed and in their original packaging. Opened food products (art. 59, letter e, D.Lgs. 206/2005) and customised private label orders are excluded.
Procedure: write to resi@ideariso.com, wait for confirmation, then send the return. The refund is made within 14 days of confirmation. For defective products: send photos within 48h for an immediate replacement.
