- Bring about 600 ml of water or lightly salted vegetable stock to the boil.
- Pour in the contents of the bag, stir and cook for 15 minutes, stirring now and then.
- Turn off the heat, leave to rest for 1 minute and stir in a drizzle of oil or a knob of butter.
- Serve straight away. Makes 2–3 servings.
